eON

eOn project is dedicated for cautious the lenghty date dynamics of systems.

A common problem in theoretical chemistry, condensed matter physics and materials branch of knowledge is the computation of the age evolution of an atomic scale system where, for example, chemical reactions and/or dispersal befall. As a rule the events of interest are quite rare (many orders of magnitude slower than the oscillation movements of the atoms), and as a result open simulations, tracking every movement of the atoms, would take thousands of years of computer calculations on the fastest present daylight pc earlier a single event of interest can breathe expected to arise, for this reason the name EON, which is an immeasurable period of time.

The Henkelman Delving Crowd is attentive in calculating the long time dynamics of systems. We have developed a arrangement for act this by distributed computing where a server sends out small data packets for calculation to clients, e.g. accomplished the internet. So, instead of the full answer being done on a single processor, it is done on copious applicant computers global. After finishing it's calculation, each client computer sends it's results back to the server, which summarizes the results and sends gone added jobs.

You receptacle help by downloading and running our client, and thereby donating your free of charge processor age to the eon assignment for as long as you like. See our download sheet for additional instructions on downloading and continuous eon.
